It is definitely putting NE Calgary suburb in the radar. The economic influences of the area could definitely earn 6 or more check marks. What do you guys think?

  • With the growing business establishments in and around the area (Wal-Mart, Costco, and new Mega Mall) there is definitely an increase in employment that drives the migration in the area.
  • I am not sure how much, but there are number of speculative investing for sure based on the article.
  • Given Airdrie major transportation access being situated close to a major highway including the North and West leg of the Ring Road.Definitely the political atmosphere of the area is poised for growth with its aggressive selling and friendly taxation.With its growth rate of 11.65% it is definitely out performing Calgary and the entire province.With its lower RE resale price and the interest rate being low…I am not sure how the vacancy rate is.
