Pro Con of setting up my own company to manage rental property

Hi all,
I am new to this forum. I own a few rental properties and manage by myself for a number of years. The rental income and expenses are reported on my personal tax yearly. Like to know if I set up a company to run this business, what is the pro and con of doing this? Taxation? opportunity to buy more properties in future? Mortgage finance?.....
