Hi everyone!

Just a short note to share our small success. We recently purchased our second property, and are looking at our third. Man, what a feeling to have completed something so seemingly insurmountable and yet relatively painless. I can see how this "confidence factor" becomes tamed as we progress. Thanks for the help with all of the meetings, info, etc REIN.

We found a lot of pot holes in our "yellow brick road" after our 2nd purchase. We never contemplated giving up, but it took several months and "a couple of vodka & tonics to set us on our feet again" (Thanks Bernie Taupin).
