property assessment in Didsbury

Can anyone recommend an assessor in Didsbury? I wrote a clause into the purchase agreement that the assessment must be as much or more than the agreed upon price,I live in Airdrie and have been doing the research here, but I fear that I may have negotiated at an Airdrie valuation and not taken into consideratin the extra half hour of driving time, so I do want to have the property independently appraised.
