Im interested in finding a property managment company in and around the Orillia area. Im looking for some feed back on who is the best of the best in this region. Let me know who you currently deal with and how long you have been with them. Please describe why they get your recommendation and what kind of relationship you have formed.

From what I`ve read on this forum (no personal experience), it sounds as if Ethical Property Management is the way to go in the Orillia area. I have not dealt with them personally, but I`ve heard good things. Just my two cents, thought I`d add since there has been no other responses.
