Purchase and Sale Agreement Needed

Guys and Gals,
does anyone know where I can get a contract that I could use to purchase a porperty if I were to do it without a realtor? I livein Ontario. (Not sure if that makes a difference)

Could I use the regular contract that a realtor would use?

For my residential property, it was for-sale-by-owner, and I used the standard form from OREA.

Hi James,

I have a 2008 Agreement of Purchase and Sale and another 2008 Agreement of Purchase and Sale explained.

I`ve tried to attach it but can`t seem to. So they are posted in a separate thread
