We were going along so well and then someone dissects a post to try and find a fault in it. Again, I simply wanted to know what other people are using for deductions?



Your time would be better served if you could explain some of the deductions that you are using instead of stirring the pot. Especially if you don't even know the correct answers regarding having multiple accountants.

Key is: finding great properties, then managing them well plus finding (more) investors .. don't sweat the (accounting, mortgage, legal, paint color, fridge quality, .. ) details !!
