I`m just in the middle of setting up my Real Estate power team.
Do any of you here on the Wet Coast have any recommendations for Lawyers and Accountants that specialize in Real Estate?

His location (Burnaby/Coquitlam border) works really welll for me.

Now all I need to find is a good lawyer.

We use Randy Klarenbach at RBS. He is the best *BC* lawyer for all things Real Estate I`ve met...he is a specialist, not a generalist...he isn`t cheap but it`s done right.

With some limitations you need to have a local lawyer especially if you are dealing with property closings, but I usually do not like to rate my professional based on how convenient they are for me to drive to... but rather if they are the 'best of the best'



Regarding accountant, that is one where I do not limit myself to geography... find the best no matter where they are. As long as they have experience and expertise in the areas you are earning your income.



You can definitely find some great accountant on this discussion forum, you can tell them by their posts. Informative, timely, accurate all the qualities of a good accountant.

I imagine these gentlemen are very busy, as they have many REIN member clients, as they will most likely tell you members of REIN are action takers, and they complete many Real Estate transactions. You may want to give them a shout and see if they are taking on any new clients.
