Recommend a Quebec (Montreal) insurance broker?

Hello,



Can anyone recommend a good insurance broker in Montreal? It's for a divided co-ownership 3 unit property.



Also, we had an approx. 11% increase in premium this year (no claims made last year). Does this seem unreasonable?

For Quebec, the best prices I got are from http://www.thepersonal.com/p-qc/EN/Pages/home.aspx?PRV=QC&LNG=EN but I do get such prices via my membership at www.apq.com



I recently used a broker to get new quotes but they could not beat the prices some (40-50%) difference.
