Recreational Properties

Just wondering if anyone has properties they rent out by the season.ie winter skiing, mountain biking, etc. What`s the pro`s & con`s? Do they pay for the entire season upfront? Utilities included? Weekly rentals? Any info/input would be helpfull.Thanks!
