Hello,

I am hoping someone might have a good referal for a Home inspector or a lawyer (preferably one with rent-to-own knowledge) in Red Deer. My parents have decided to purchase a townhouse (though I don`t totally agree with their choices) to have as a rent-to-own for my cousin. I want to try and get them as much help as possible to try and eliminate potential issues.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan Woychuk

Lawyer suggest:

Name: MacSween Patricia E Lawyer
Street: 4824 51 Street
Red Deer, ab T4N2A5-
Phone: (403) 342-5595

or

Darrell R. Moore, LL. B. (he is a very good, very busy real estate lawyer who has many rental properties)

Direct Tel: (403) 342-9160
Fax: (403) 346-5599

I think the inspector will be more challenging. I haven`t heard enough positive comments about anyone to recommend.
