Hi,
I am a part-time real estate (RE) investor looking to increase my knowledge and contacts in RE. I recently purchased a 6plex in the island of Montreal (Verdun) that is doing fairly well (cashflow around $700, GRM 11.7). I am very excited about RE and have been educating myself for about a year.
My medium-term goals are to work in the following areas:
- Rent-to-own condos & single-family homes - to build cash opportunities
- Buy & hold multi-family buildings - to build cash-flow
- Loan and borow funds from RRSP's (arm's-length mortgages)
I would like to know if anyone can refer me to a good RE lawyer and accountant in the Montreal area, whhich would help me a lot in structuring my goals.
