Yes its to analyze properties, and give you reminders, and addresss book, and mortgage calculators, and,and,and
I believe you can download a free trial version for a short time yet.

Looks like an intuitive piece of software. I would assume that REIN members have the inside edge on this?

Is this something that effectively has accounting built into it? Or is it still prudent to use a program such as Quickbooks?
