Rent Check

I am trying to use rent check for the first time. It has a $19.95 initial membership fee, but I couldn`t find anywhere that stated an amount charged for each credit check request. It states "Member agrees to pay Rent Check upon receipt of an invoice for the Services rendered", but I didn`t find any amoounts. I hate going in blind, so wonder if somone could help? Is REIN a group member, where we would get a discount or anything like that??

Rent Check is free for REIN members. We signed up so long ago that I cannot remember what the process was, but it was free.

You will have to register on their site. Here is the link to the Rent Check Registration page.

If you need any further help registering you may want to call Rent Check. The REIN team may be able to tell you more regarding the REIN connection with Rent Check.

I was speaking with -online.rentcheckcorp.com and here is the information.

REIN member do not pay membership (around $54) we do pay 19.95 which is process fee one time.

Credit check is $10 for one application or $16 for two application.
