Rental Increase in a hot market

On the old website, there was an example letter for rental increases in a hot martket. I cannot find my copy, and am at a creative blockage and would like to refer back to letter. Is the form there and I just cannot find it?

In the Quick Search I searched for "+rental +increase" and it showed up on page 4.

This file is still available here. It is in the Downloads section.

Just click on "Downloads" at the top of the page, and you can use the search feature there (a search for "+rental +increase" without quotation marks came up with the file).

Just fyi, all of the files that were in the Critical Forms section from the old sites (albertarein and ontariorein) were transferred over. Some may have changed names slightly or were otherwise edited, but they are all here. Name changes generally occurred when there were two files that were identical but with different names - the more intuitive name was kept.
