Rental Receipt Software

I am trying to make rental receipts faster as I have 50 tenants. I have been printing off a template and then filling them out. Then I have to scan and email them out. This is very time consuming. I do not give paper receipts as that would add more time and they are students and lose paper receipts. What I am looking for is a program that allows for me to fill it out and have a e signature as I am sure the CRA requires a signature? Then it would create a PDF of it and I can email it. That would cut my time in half or more to make them. I have googled it and can't seem to find what I am looking for. Any suggestions?

I found a solution to this problem. I used this website http://www.pdffiller.com It made the process so much faster. You can make a signature or add a photo of one which is what I did. So maybe someone else might get use of it as well.
