Yes...basically the same way as your RRSP. Simply contribute or transfer it to a self-directed account such as Olympia Trust and starting making better returns!!

Then from there you choose which investment to go forward with, in which there are many options (ie. 2nd mortgages, land development, apartments, REIT`s, MIC`s etc etc)
