We currently have 6 properties earmarked for RRSP investments. They have lots of equity and can easily handle a 2nd RRSP mortgage with a great interest rate. The LTV with the RRSP 2nd mortgage would stay under 75% Loan to Value and would be secured on income generating property.
If you have RRSP`s and would like to get into real estate investment with them, please let me know. We have completed many of these transactions and could make the process as hassle free as possible. We are looking for investments between $20,000 to $75,000 per property.
