I just read "Real Estate Investing in Canada" for the first time and would like to buy a copy (I borrowed it from the library!). Since there is a second edition coming out in December, is it worthwhile to wait or should I go ahead and buy the first edition now? How different is the second edition from the first? I don`t mind waiting until December if it will be significantly different. Does anyone here know?
