Secondary Suite application requirements - Calgary

I know this is somewhat of a hot topic these days being that most secondary suites in Calgary are illegal. Below see the application requirements from the city of Calgary (http://www.calgary.ca/portal/server.pt/gat...ndary+Suite.htm

That being said does anyone know who if anyone supplies the services of creating the floor plan and cross sectional drawings required for the application at a reasonable price? If you have had this done what would this cost be for a say 1100 sqft bungalow?
