My specialty is the acquisition and operation of legally-suited houses in the Greater Edmonton area.
I'm seeking a secondary suite specialist in Edmonton to add a suite to a new 1712 sf, two storey house in SW Edmonton. Standards must be high and soundproofing must be amazing.
Ideally, this renovator would supply labour and materials at cost, and be paid those costs at the end of the term. In exchange for the investment of labour and materials, the renovator would receive a half share of the property. Property is being purchased on a 4-year Agreement for Sale, so ideally we would either sell or refinance in 4 years and the JV could be cashed out at that time.
