I`m a member of theirs
The info I`ve spent the time reading through I already knew or wasn`t of interest
You can do credit checks through it
I`d say skip their site entirely and just use rentcheckcorp

Their inability to spell is a little concerning. Doesn`t look like anything we don`t get through REIN or available through bodies in Alberta like the RTDRS or the Landlord and Tenant Advisory Board. You get better value on here for free, and the advice in the members section conversations is pretty good too.
