shared accommodation

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone have any experience owning a shared accommodation aka room rented out individually instead of as a whole apartment.

I`m curious as to how difficult these are to manage compared to regular apartments? and if they`ve been able to find property management companies to manage this type of building.

Or renting rooms within your own home?
