St. Thomas rents?

Hi guys,

Looking for advice in the St. Thomas, Ontario area what the range is for renting out a 3 bed 2 bath semi-detached (utilities covered by tenant)?
Anyone with rentals in that area feel free to drop a line or message me. Or if you'd need more info. Just looking for a range to start calculating in.

Hello Andy,
Try searching google, craigslist or kijiji to see what others are renting for. They would be your competition.
Get an average based on your demographics and rental unit.

you can also try padmapper.com which combines all the renlal listings from kijiji and craiglist and displays them on a map in real time.

@tinamyrvang - I didn't find as much as I wanted on those sites so thought someone with experience in that town could help out a bit.
@zarmas01 - THANKS! padmapper is pretty neat. Again, not a lot of options for house rental in St. Thomas, but I'll certainly use it in the future here. It's a handy little site!
