Still a seller`s market in Vancouver - Cash in before it`s too late!

According to the definition of "buyer's" and "seller's" markets, we are still very much in a seller's market in Vancouver, albeit, on its last legs. Prices are still outrageous, and ever since that last wave of buyers in July (cashing in on their locked in low rates) demand has been hard to find. I think we are definitely in the transitional period between a buyer's and seller's market, as seller's are still denying a bubble exists, and haven't yet shifted to the fear phase of the real estate cycle. But definitely, as history has repeated for thousands of years, when irrational human beings get scared, things go absolutely insane! I think it will only be a matter of time before fear gets introduced into the Vancouver market.
