First, not that I am the forum police lol but this is an interesting question and should be started in its own thread. Hijacking another thread will not bring it the attention it deserves.
To answer your question, I am owner operator of Property Solution (management) as well as the owner of a maintenance company I use for all my properties. This is not illegal as far as I know, its no secret and I have been doing it for over 15 years. There are a lot of benefits to having your own maintenance company or personnel when you`re a management company for both the owners and yourself.
