HI fellow investors, Chris here.

I am about to get into the JV market, and would like some initial advice. We have 3 investors ready to go, and yet I am as green as they come. IS purchasing the REIN JV binder the way to go? It`s about $500, but I am thinking that the savings it will give me are immeasurable. Tips?

Do it. I bought the program and have been very happy with it. At the time of puchase i had 0 properties and 0 JVs. 6 months later i have 4 properties and 2 JVs. It has already paid for itselfe many times over. I found the CDs and the sample JV presentations to be most helpful.
