Hi Everyone, Every once in a while there is a defining moment in a persons life, they can either accept what has happened to them and say that is life or they can take the not so easy road and educate themselves and learn from there mistakes

This is my story

owned a 3 bedroom apartment style condo in abasand Fort McMurray, Purchased for 110,000 dollars
Sold 2 years later for 107,000 dollars
let a Lady who happened to be clinically sick (Bi Polar) assume my mortgage
she gave me 5,000 dollars
she also gave me 30-40 calls a day, at home, at work and on my cell phone
i gave her harassment charges
RCMP gave her a 6 month restraining order
Not to mention The 60,000 dollars I gave her by not being educated and selling 2 months before the spike occured

This was the best thing that ever happened to me because I realized that if I was going to get ahead in life I would have to get educated, after a few months of being angry I realized that I brought these consequences upon myself. I found REIN 2 years ago and the journey continues

life is great....if you choose to accept the challenges
