Not particularly, many of these will have been recovered grow-ops or meth labs.

As we discussed at the last REIN Workshops, with the RCMP experts, these types of problems need to be addressed with regular inspections before they get anywhere near this condition.

Bottom line: Run your properties well and be a professional investor and you will have a fantastic time as a landlord. Get lazy and you will attract problems
