Snow and ice will soon be here for good. A short reminder for Alberta this weekend with a couple of inches of snow ( 5 cm) and cold temperatures. Hopefully it will melt and warm up before the deep freeze starts in November.
Time to call your tenants and PM to water the trees on your rental properties in Alberta in the next 2 weeks.
The ground is very dry this fall, and the trees are under stress due to the extremely warm weather 2 weeks ago.
Edmonton lost 80% of all birch trees in 2001 during the drought over the winter\spring\ and early summer.
Keep up the curb appeal of your rentals by giving the trees a good drink next week.
