Hi - yes I would be very interested in meeting with others as well. Whereabouts are you located? I am in the Stouffville area. My son and I are hoping to close on our first 3 properties next week. It has been a long haul and we`ll be happy when they close! There have been a lot of additional conditions to fulfil for the mortgage companies.... likely due to what has been happening in the US. We believe they are all fulfilled now.
