Hey - Ive just head that you can pick up prime+0.2 on a closed VRM (with Scotia)

Anyone hear anything better?

CIBC is currently offering Prime + 0.10%.

Talk to your broker. There are deals out there at less than prime.

BMO is advertising VRM at prime in Toronto Star.

Question....

if banks are offering prime minus mortgages again is that becuase they think that prime will be going up soon? by alot? is it just on closed variable? or is it on open variable as well?
