What are the benefits of becoming an online REIN member?

I love this forum and loving it more each day.
I see many people praising the REIN membership, but am not quite clear if they are praising the actual meetings and get togethers (that I am not able to get to any time soon but hoping that may change) or just the information available online through membership (which is what I am considering for the most part initially) or both?

Anyone?....anyone??

The monthly meetings are the best available. You will receive relentless non-bias information that covers economic research from some of Canada`s leading experts. You will receive information and guidance on what areas to invest into, Land lording, how to raise capital from joint venture partners. Networking, Networking and Networking. Our last three properties have come from our relationships built from REIN. Properties will NEVER be sold from the stage. Not one speaker is selling you anything. They are only providing fundamental research.
