What Have You Done With Rent To Own Tenants Who Didn`t Buy?

Just wondering among you folks who have done RTO deals, what have you done in cases where the tenants did not exercise the purchase option? And based on your experience, what would you now do with any future cases that result in no purchases at the end (or if the tenant leaves before the lease period is over)?

If the tenant chooses to move out, then I choose another exit strategy for the property... rent, rent-to-own or sell.

If the tenant still wants to buy, but needs more time... my RTO agreements allow the tenant to extend the option indefinitely and the buy-out price increases every month.
