Thanks, yes I`m in London... good point - The real estate season definately depends on location... It may be time to harvest in some areas, while others still have room to go. I know London`s demand (sales) for real estate has hardly slowed at all. In fact the market is still very strong despite the media fear-mongering. In Alberta & Vancouver though the sales/listings tell a much different story.
