Depending on asset class, yes, prices will fall to 2017. Harder to get aggressive commercial mortgages at the moment. Most now lower LTVs.

Loads of $1 to mortgage assumables to come for those that love highly levered discounted homes.

I am aware of at least two condo converted buildings that will come to market 30-40% below what folks paid for 2-3 years ago. There are likely more to come.
