Any list like this that doesn't include James Johnson and Barney Frank is seriously lacking credibility. Also, the inclusion of Hank Greenberg is dubious (although including AIG would not be) as he was forced out in 2005 by the Attorney General of New York, Eliot Spitzer. If Greenburg had still been around in '07 my feeling is he would have rectified AIG's balance sheet and therefore I've always felt Eliot Spitzer was implicitly involved in the financial meltdown.
