I have a few small jobs on one property to fix. They are varied and can be done by one very skilled handyman or a few specific trades people with the right knowledge. I'm fine with either scenario.

If you read this and have someone in mind that can handle all or part of the list, please let me know.

The list looks like this.

Need some eaves trough installed, repaired and some fixed so they're graded properly. Down spouts installed.

Some landscaping done so the ground slopes away from the house better.

Front porch and back deck need rails and hand rails brought up to code. Carpenter familiar with code would be good.

Best Regards,

Curtis

Due to overhead / coordination / billing one person is usually far better than 5 .. until the job is too complex.

I regularly handle all kinds of jobs similar to this, and ones much more complex. Where are you located?
