Hi all,

I`ve recently talked to a guy who owns a property in Windsor it is listed with the realtor for 1 year. Asking price is 239K. Owes 205K. Property is vacant.

These are the information I got from him. Although the guy can speak English, he is a Francophone. A little hard to communicate.

I think it is worth to chase for someone lives in the area. Given Mr. Beyer`s comments about the city, I just don`t want to pursue this deal.

If its been for sale for a year for 239K and hasn`t sold probably a good bet its worth well less... he owes 205K, how could an investor possibly make money on this ...
