My name is Trevor Adams and I have a Management Degree from the University of Lethbridge with a Major in finance and have been self-employed working in Residential Mortgage Financing and as a Real Estate Investor for over 4 years now.
I am a member of REIN and I hold several properties in Calgary but have recently moved up to Edmonton for balance and to be closer to family.
I am looking to expand my Real Estate Investment operations to Edmonton and specialize more in Lease Options on Pretty Houses and Residential Mortgage Financing but in the meantime wouldn't mind finding opportunities or assisting other Investors to continue learning Real Estate and Finance and more importantly to network here in Edmonton, although it would need to be something part-time that would allow me the flexibility to head back to Calgary at the end of each month to manage my own rental portfolio.
