I'm 31 years old and just starting my quest to become a real estate investor. I've taken a couple of courses to get the ball rolling, but I still need to further educated myself as well as get in and get my feet wet! I'm looking to begin with Wholesaling properties through a contract assignment or dry double close, and then eventually work up to Buy & Holds and Buy & Flips.
