Hello, my name Erwin Szeto and I am a professional real estate investor and have been since 2006 which is about the same time I studied the take home version of the REIN Quck Start Program (now called ACRES). I joined REIN as a full time member in April 2008 and only then did I graduate from an investor to a sophisticated investor.

Investing in real estate has done wonders in allowing me to take steps closer to my personal Belize and I now endeavour to assist new investors to begin their journey to their Belize by acting as their real estate investment advisor. I do have my real estate license and am employed by Rock Star Real Estate Brokerage Inc where 99% of the properties we trade in are investment properties. The brokerage is called 'Rock Star' as it is our own way of describing a personal Belize as it is the 'Rock Star lifestyle' we are helping our clients achieve.
