My name is Neil Uttamsingh.

I grew up in Oakville, Ontario and have been investing in real estate since 2005.

I was 25 years old when I bought my first rental property.

The property was located in my hometown, and I still own that property today.

I was a REIN Member from April 2008 until November 2011. I now hold 6 rental properties located in Oakville, Hamilton, and Toronto.

My one clear passion with real estate investing is education.

I enjoy providing new real estate investors with knowledge and confidence so that they can buy their first rental property.

I am also a Licensed Realtor in Ontario. I specialize in representing buyers and sellers with the purchase and sale of single family and small multi family homes in Hamilton.
