With insights gained through an MBA, from the U of Ts' Rotman School of Business, and a practicality forged in 'the university of hard knocks', Brad offers the experience and guidance of a seasoned entrepreneur.

Although his principal activities have been in real estate and construction related enterprises, Brad has a wide array of experience in fields as diverse as "tech start-up" to aircraft maintenance. He has owned and/or managed companies in light manufacturing and wholesale distribution, and has taken a consumer product from concept to retail distribution.

Brad has dealt with environmental impairments, trademark protection and contractual matters with lawyers, design issues with graphic artists, architects and engineers, machine set-up and material flows with factory technicians, and, finance, accounting and strategy in the Board Room.

A third generation entrepreneur and second-generation owner, he also offers insights into tax and financial planning, succession planning and family share transfers.

While maintaining an interest in real estate investing, his current focus is assisting new entrepreneurs develop their ideas into a viable business endeavour.
