Hi,
I graduated from the UofGuelph in 1990 with a chemistry degree and worked in the field for only 6months.
The entrepreneur in me took over and since then I have been self employed in various businesses including flooring, real estate and the internet.
Through out the 80's my father was involved in the home building business, so I was too on a part-time basis while attending university. Owned some properties and sold them by 2004. I thought I was out of real estate forever, but in mid 2006 started looking at real estate again.
My first REIN meeting changed my attitude for real estate and since May 2007 its back to real estate again.
So, now I focus on my real estate, flooring and internet business.
