As the Manager of Mortgage & Finance with Redline Real Estate Group, it's my goal to work in collaboration with my clients, and to provide them with accurate solutions and information, as well as the financing for the properties that they wish to purchase.

My experience with mortgages is quite diverse, and, since 2007, I have been working with a wide range of clients, as well as various tiers of lenders. While I initally started working in a sub-prime lending capacity, it wasn't long before I began working with clients, who, not unlike yourselves, made it their goal to acquire numerous revenue properties and increase their asset base.

In a market where lenders and mortgage insurers have altered their rules and guidelines multiple times, one of the skills that I believe is very important, is proper planning and strategizing, and compiling a plan for clients that will allow them to qualify for multiple purchases, if it's their goal to do so.

One of my favourite aspects to this line of work, is that I constantly get to meet new people, and, from those interactions, have the opportunity to learn new things every day. While I'm a new member to REIN, I'm experienced with the complexity of the mortgage financing on revenue properties. I'm excited to start working with my fellow REIN members, and, excited to learn things from each other.
