Who is Shane?
This is where I'm supposed to tell you all about my career in real estate. While that is important, what I'm most proud of, is my wife Kelly and our little girl Brooke.
The details- I'm a licensed real estate agent with Maxwell City Central Realty.
I have been involved in real estate for 9 years. I started as an investor and have experience as a residential and commercial real estate agent, mortgage associate. I'm also a partner in several properties across Canada and the US, including 2 resorts in Ontario.
I have expanded my expertise and now consult for a publicly traded real estate company, oversee commercial and residential properties across Canada, of which I am a principle in several. Recently, I was involved in the acquisition and management of 742 Class A apartment units in Houston and Dallas Texas. Last year I was involved in buying and selling of $49.9 million in real estate.
I approach real estate contrary to most other agents- leveraging my investing, marketing and negotiating background, my focus is to add 3-5x more value to each transaction than the fees I earn.
