I am analyzing a 12-suite apartment in Calgary for potential purchase. Can you recommend what percentage I should use for FIXED APPRECIATION, and for VARIABLE APPRECIATION in the Calgary marketplace? I would like to use conservative percentages for my evaluation. Thank you.
