I have access to a corporation with approx. $300,000 of losses. My accountant said to try and sell it off and it seems more practical to try and recover the losses as the corporation does not have any outstanding issues. It seems that fixing and flipping real estate may be the best way to go...

Is it possible to find a good partner to work with or does most people go the solo route for investing or use joint ventures instead and still keep in control of the projects?
