It is easy to dismiss investing in Whistler.
- "The property is too expensive"
- "It is a one-industry town"
- "The rental market is too seasonal"
Where others fear to tread leaves opportunity for the sophisticated real estate investor. I have done the research, and Whistler actually has
STRONG economic fundamentals behind it into the future. Even better, there are
fantastic CASHFLOW opportunities to be found here if the right property is purchased, set up, and managed properly.

My Background
Born in small town Ontario, Westbound Ventures president and founder, Peter Gorski, had a keen interest in business from an early age. From running miniature businesses to garage sales, Peter had a spirit for entrepreneurship. He excelled in high school in both academics and extracurricular activities, and earned admission to the School of Business at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
A chance meeting with a company promoting student entrepreneurship during Peter's first year at University re-ignited his passion for entrepreneurship. He was selected for the Summer Management Program's training program shortly thereafter and within two years set the company's record as the most successful student franchisee ever.
Becoming disillusioned with the corporate direction his Commerce degree was taking him in, Peter put university on hold to accept an opportunity with the Summer Management Program to spearhead the expansion of their operations to Atlantic Canada.
Two years later, after successfully recruiting, training, and coaching more than ten students in the three maritime provinces to run successful businesses, Peter left the Summer Management Program to follow a dream and move to Whistler. Having been interested in real estate investing for some time, it was not long until he discovered just how much profit his landlord was making by renting out just one house in Whistler.
Since then, Peter has spent countless hours researching the local real estate market, educating himself, and networking with and learning from other highly successful real estate investors. Once it became clear that Whistler presented a very favourable investment opportunity, he sprang into action. Peter now employs a team of experts, including realtors, mortgage brokers, property managers, lawyers, home inspectors, appraisers, and a research team.
He has already seen enough success that real estate profits have replaced his employment income, and now enjoys working fulltime as a professional real estate investor. Peter looks forward to helping others achieve their financial dreams through successful real estate investment.
